US, TX: CONTROLLER/ACCOUNTING MANAGER

BRIEF JOB DETAILS
* Prefer CPA and/or MBA, and seasoned person with vast experience will suffice as well;
* Experience with all aspects of accounting, including A/P, A/R and Collections as well as closing and reporting monthly financials to CFO for management/BOD review;
* Budgets, forecasts, cash management, treasury services, chart of accounts management, international accounting reporting are key areas for this person;
* MUST be proficient in Great Plains and be able to close books timely after month end;
* MUST have experience with small company, poised for rapid growth;
* Experience in consolidating acquisitions, overseeing payroll and management of small accounting group;
* Helpful if experience working for portfolio company with Private Equity owners and Board of Directors;
* Position reports to CFO
