In Japan there is no a certain day for accounting celebration, but it is considered that October 31 , 1973 and November 10, 1973 are being important dates that reflect modern accounting ‘birth`. On this dates there were two articles written which provide a bird’s eye view of the historical development of Japanese accounting.
Due to the absence of specific national holiday for accountants, it is recommended to join celebration of International Accounting Day on November 10th.
